Description

The need of the contract is to provide additional art programs that relate to our school community. New Jersey Student Learning Art Standards will be addressed as well as cross curricular New Jersey Student Learning Standards through various content as appropriate. This greatly incorporates enriched curriculum and educational experience for students. Provider will provide hands-on art making classes with all students. Provider will go to Public School 6 100 Saint Paul's avenue for 17 days of instructional classes for 5 hours a day. Each day Provider's employees will meet with up to 4 classes per day. Classes will rotate to include most 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th grade classes at least twice over the course of the 17 days. All supplies will be supplied by Provider. Provider will prepare and install student art culminating in a gallery exhibition after the conclusion of the 17 days. Provider will train students to be docents for gallery exhibition. The Public Art Gallery exhibition will be hosted by Provider's representatives. EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS *No less than 3 years providing similar services in NJ public Schools. *An organization with staff is preferred. *All resumes and qualfications of all employees that will be deployed is required. *References must be available upon request. References must give evidence of similar work and outcomes in other public school districts.
