Description

Installing a mini-roundabout with upgraded pedestrian ramps to meet ADA compliance. Project will also include installing the Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacons (RRFB) to cross on all four legs of the intersection on Rose Hill Street and Owyhee Street. Roosevelt Street to Vista Avenue to install various traffic calming measures including protected bike lanes with delineators in the buffer, painted bulb-outs, mini median islands at the Eiden Drive Intersection and Ruby Street intersection, and meandering lane striping.
