(1) Vendor needs to provide unreinforced masonry virtual survey service to the government authority located in Camp Murray, WA. – Utilize existing guides for virtual building survey processes to inform and refine the development of the process.– Virtual URM survey process and create a step–by–step Virtual URM survey guide utilizing the existing survey tools and processes for in–person surveys.– A virtual URM survey process, create a step–by–step virtual URM survey guide.– Formalize and complete virtual URM survey process and guide.– Complete second half of virtual surveys and refine virtual URM survey guide.– Document process in a formal virtual URM survey guide as an editable document– Complete first half of virtual surveys.        – Completed virtual URM survey data logged in URM database.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 15, 2026.          (3) Pre–proposal conference will be held on July 08, 2026.
