FIRE-1980 - USA (Washington, DC) - Fire Alarm and Security Alarm Systems Maintenance and Repair Services - Deadline November 9,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide fire alarm and security alarm systems maintenance and repair services to the government authority located in Washington, DC.– Provide inspection, testing, monitoring, certification, maintenance, and repair services for fire alarm, security alarm, CCTV surveillance, and access control systems.– Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, materials, and transportation necessary to perform inspection, testing, monitoring, maintenance, repair, and certification services for fire alarm, security alarm, CCTV, and access control systems.– Contractor shall ensure full operational readiness of all fire detection and security alarm systems, including inspection, testing, troubleshooting, and repair.– Contractor under general operation of existing requirement shall ensure that when a fire alarm condition is initiated by any manual pull station, heat detector, area smoke detector, sprinkler system water–flow device, automatic fire suppression system monitor, or any duct–mounted smoke detector (as applicable), the following actions shall occur:– At the fire alarm control panel and any remote annunciator, the system alarm LED shall flash, and the local audible device shall activate.– The 80–character LCD display shall provide all pertinent information related to the alarm condition, including the device and location.– The digital communicator shall activate and transmit a water flow alarm.– All audible and visual notification appliances shall operate until manually silenced or automatically silenced by the control panel.– If another alarm condition is initiated, all audible and visual devices shall automatically reactivate. When a waterflow alarm is active, the audible and visual devices shall not be capable of being manually silenced until the waterflow signal has ceased.– Contractor shall ensure full operational readiness of water–based fire protection systems, including sprinklers, standpipes, fire pumps, valves, and associated components.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 3, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) A pre–quote conference and walkthrough will be held on November 2, 2026.
