EXTRA-76046 - USA (Weld, Colorado) - Certification and Implementation Assistance Community Rating System - Deadline October 1,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide certification and implementation assistance community rating system to the government authority located in Weld, CO. – Engineering and planning consultants to assist the city in preparing for and obtaining recognition through FEMA’s community rating system (CRS).– GIS and impact adjustment map strategy.– Public information, communication, and education strategy.– The selected consultant will evaluate the city’s floodplain–management, stormwater, drainage, mitigation, mapping, public information, and related programs; conduct a mock community assistance visit (CAV); and develop a practical, sustainable roadmap for initial CRS certification and future class improvement.– CRS documentation and recordkeeping program, including templates, checklists, and tracking tools– Compatible with the city’s existing systems, including forerunner where appropriate.– Staff training and knowledge transfer.Project initiation, coordination, and data collection.– Comprehensive mock community assistance visit (cav), including review of floodplain regulations,administration, documentation, and representative field reconnaissance; deliver a corrective–action matrix.(2) The contract period will be for two years. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 16, 2026.
