(1) Vendor needs to provide independent health care appeals program services to the government authority located in Trenton, NJ.• Afford covered persons and providers acting on behalf of a covered person with the covered person’s consent access to an independent and objective appeal mechanism with respect to decisions of carriers.• Protect covered persons and providers by ensuring that carriers make informed decisions concerning the medical necessity of covered services.• Promote the delivery of quality health care in a cos–effective manner.• Foster greater coordination among carriers, covered persons, and managed care utilization review entities.(2) An optional pre–bid conference will be held on July 23, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than August 03, 2026.(4) A contract period will be for one year.
