(1) Vendor needs to provide flight simulator services to the government authority located in Nashville, TN.– Provide a complete, turnkey, dual seat Airbus H125 flight training simulator.– Provide but not limited to the following:• Hardware• Software• Computers• Controls• Visual Systems• Motion Systems• Instructor Systems• Installation• Integration• Calibration• Training• Technical Support Services• Maintenance, parts, and repair• Acceptance Testing• System Upgrades– Contractor shall provide remote technical support (Help Desk) during normal business hours (8AM to 5PM).(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on September 8, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than September 10, 2026.
