HR-9015 - USA (California) - Recruitment Services - Deadline June 17,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide recruitment services to the government authority located in California.– Perform a full range of recruitment and candidate search services to ensure the successful selection of executive positions, including but not limited to, the following departments: power services, operations, customer support, IT, Finance, HR, Programs, etc.– Services will include, but not limited to, preparing recommendations regarding recruitment and selection strategies; gathering input from hiring managers; conducting an advertising campaign and sourcing candidates and facilitating the selection of final candidates, consistent with direction– Intake and job alignment: role requirements, competencies, pay band, location, schedule, start date, work authorization requirements.– Develop sourcing strategy: database search, job boards, networking, referrals, targeted outreach.– Candidate screening: resume review, phone/video screen, skills/competency validation.– Maintain positive communications with candidates throughout the recruitment process(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 1, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
