(1) Vendor needs to provide credit investigations and reporting services to the government authority located in Florida.– Provide ongoing and as–needed credit investigation and reporting services for utility customers– An off–the–shelf, customizable end user interface, directly accessed through the web, similar to a dashboard, with specific responses to protect the customer’s data and minimize information transferred in/out, per agency constraints.– System training includes a web–based tutorial, supplemented by teleconferencing, during the contract period that includes specific instructions on how to access and download information from the system, delivered to key users determined by the project manager.– Including and without limitation, Web pages, secured integration protocol, administrator rights, passwords, and PINs that are necessary to provide the services(2) The contract period will be for two years.
