EXTRA-76122 - USA (New Castle, Delaware) - Professional Consultant Services - Deadline October 14,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide professional consultant services to the government authority located in New Castle, DE.– Review hydraulic and hydrology studies for conformance with accepted engineering techniques for the designation of the one hundred (100) year flood elevations. – Review Environmental Impact Assessment reports for conformance with Code obligations, specifically as it relates to hydrogeology and climatic water balance. (These reviews may be certified to by a Delaware registered Professional Geologist.) – Review post–construction verification documents for stormwater management facilities, private storm sewer systems, and private streets, etc., for conformance with the approved plan and applicable Codes and Regulations. – Visit land development application sites, when an application is first received, to best understand and appreciate site characteristics and relationships to adjacent properties, resources and receiving stormwater conveyance systems. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 18, 2026.
