(1) Vendor needs to provide fluid analysis kits and laboratory testing services to the government authority located in Pasadena, CA.– Sampling kit supply and delivery:– Furnish fluid sampling kits suitable for motor oil, power steering fluid, and engine coolant used in heavy–duty vehicles and equipment.– Provide sampling kits in bulk quantities as requested by the City on an as–needed basis.– Deliver sampling kits to the City’s designated Fleet Management facility.– Sample collection and return:– City mechanics shall be responsible for collecting fluid samples from city–owned heavy–duty vehicles and equipment.– City personnel shall label, package, and mail collected samples using the materials and instructions provided by the contractor.– Laboratory analysis services:– Motor oil analysis.– Power steering fluid analysis.– Engine coolant analysis.– Transmission fluid analysis.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 26, 2026.
