(1) Vendor needs to provide government consulting services to the government authority located in Lauderhill, FL.– Provide a full range of professional State Legislative and Executive Branch Representation Services with respect to matters contained within the City's State Legislative Priorities and other issues or projects as assigned by the City Manager or designee.– Services may include, but are not limited to:• Legislative advocacy and representation before the Florida Legislature• Executive branch representation before the Governor's Office, Cabinet Offices, and state agencies• Legislative monitoring and policy analysis• State funding advocacy and appropriations strategy• Assistance with the preparation, completion, review, and management of legislative appropriations request forms and supporting documentation utilizing information provided by the City• Coordination with legislative sponsors, committee staff, and agency personnel regarding funding requests and legislative initiatives(2) The contract period will be for three years.
