(1) Vendor needs to provide special education and multi–tiered system of supports review services to the government authority located in Tacoma, WA.• Provide comprehensive special education program, multi–tiered system of supports (MTSS), and operational review services.• Review how schools implement Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 supports before special education referral, including how students are identified for intervention, how supports are matched to student need, and whether intervention practices are consistent across schools and grade levels.• Review school–based and district–level child Find practices, including how staff identify suspected disabilities, document concerns, notify families, and support timely referral when data indicate a potential disability and need for specially designed Instruction.• Assess the quality and sufficiency of data used to support referral decisions, including intervention history, progress–monitoring data, attendance, behavior information, academic performance, language acquisition considerations, and prior supports attempted. (2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 27, 2026(3) The contract period will be for one year.
