Vendor needs to provide asset management plan services for drinking water, sanitary sewer and stormwater to the government authority located in Kingsport, TN.– Program include:• Asset Management Plan that meets all agency requirements under the ARP grant.• Meet agency AMP template specifications, or similar.• Identify critical drinking water, sanitary sewer, and stormwater assets per asset type.• Estimate remaining useful life for all assets, as defined by agency.• Risk assessment framework.– Includes drinking water and sanitary sewer assets, both horizontal and vertical, to include water treatment plant, wastewater treatment plant, pump and lift stations, booster stations, mains, valves, manholes, public service connections, and hydrants.
