Walnut Hill Transit Center Design

SORTA seeks to engage a consultant to provide architectural and engineering design services for the schematic design, design development, final design, capital cost estimate, construction plans and specifications, and construction management for the development of a new Walnut Hills Transit Center. Consultant will develop the schematic design through final design and including the construction documents and specifications. The work shall be informed by the concept developed during the location study phase. As a result of that study, a preferred alternative has not been developed. The final plan set will include civil/architectural and utility design, including branding for the district; staging and sequencing plans; and maintenance of traffic and transit operations. Consultant will provide the constructability review and will coordinate sequencing and schedules required with the final design documents.
