Vendor needs to provide shuttle and bike share services to the government authority located in Passaic, NJ.• Plan and organize shuttle schedule, routes, and timing of busses.• Oversee the usage, return, and condition of all bikes and racks.• Serve as point of contact for riders with questions regarding usage, on bike application software, and general questions.• Ensure all bikes are properly tracked.• Serve as point of contact with on bike for maintenance request.• Assess route efficiencies and modify stops and hours.• Assess route efficiencies for holiday periods.• Inform the public of changes in schedule in emergencies such as flooding, snow storms, road repairs, an inoperability of shuttle vehicles.• Coordinate as necessary with city departments.• Monitor bus tracking provided by the shuttle bus operators.
