EXTRA-76651 - USA (Juneau, Alaska) - Community Development Block Grant Service for Disaster Recovery - Deadline October 12,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide community development block grant service for disaster recovery to the government authority located in Juneau, AK. – Comply with all applicable federal, state, local, HUD, and CDBG–DR requirements, including FR–6393–N–01, 90 FR 1754 (HUD Universal Notice), and all provisions incorporated elsewhere in this RFP and resulting contract.– Coordinate with federal, state, local, tribal, and partner agencies as needed.– Provide strategic planning, schedule management, fiscal oversight, and grant administration through closeout.– Provide all necessary personnel, equipment, and operational support required to perform services under this contract.– Maintain a functional organization structure with proper administrative oversight.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 30, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 22, 2026.
