(1) Vendor needs to provide library janitorial services to the government authority located in Chapel Hill, NC.• Daily cleaning service seven days per week between the time the Library closes and 7 am, excluding holidays.• Semi–annual (twice yearly) machine scrubbing of restroom floors, catering kitchen floor, and slate tiles• Semi–annual (twice yearly) deep cleaning of carpet and rugs• Annual (once yearly) deep cleaning of upholstered chairs and benches• Annual (once yearly) glass cleaning of all interior building glass• Annual (once yearly) glass cleaning of all lobby and lower level entrance glass(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 5, 2026.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on July 30, 2026.
