In general, the successful bidder will remove and dispose of the existing flooring and install approximately 3,500 sq. feet of new flooring at the Walking Stick Golf Course Restaurant and Golf Shop located at 4301 Walking Stick Boulevard, Pueblo, CO, 81001. Submitted prices are to include all charges for administration, labor, materials, supplies, shipping/handling, delivery, unloading, insurance, and equipment necessary to supply the service as listed within this Invitation for Bid (IFB).
