(1) Vendor needs to provide abatement and demolition services to the government authority located in Dearborn, MI.– Contractor is to supply all labor, materials, necessary tools, equipment, and all utility and transportation services necessary to perform and complete all of the work.– All adjacent buildings, structures or property and all public property are to be adequately protected against damage from any cause.– When necessary, this may include bracing, shoring, fencing, underpinning if necessary, or other protection.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 16, 2026.(3) Mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on October 13, 2026.
