Vendor needs to provide landscaping and lawn maintenance services to the government authority located in Hopewell, VA.• Provide professional lawn care maintenance.• Providing all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and services required to provide lawn mowing and landscaping maintenance services.• Mow all grass/turf areas weekly during the contract period when the turf exceeds .5 or more inches above the minimum height and bi–weekly in the late fall or as needed during draught conditions (an estimated 32 mowing per site preseason).• Trash will be removed from mowing areas prior to mowing.• Remove grass clippings, leaves, debris from all sidewalks, curbs, parking areas, steps, etc.
