(1) Vendor needs to provide offshore research vessel services to the government authority located in Tallahassee, FL.• The hull of each offshore center console vessel shall be constructed of fiberglass over non–wood composite material with designed characteristics to include a full V from bow to stern for offshore running in rough water, and stern mounted engines.• Some vessel manufacturers utilize proprietary designs, lamination schedules, and materials that may exceed the minimum standards provided within the below specification.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 21, 2026.
