(1) Vendor needs to provide after–hours janitorial services to the government authority located in Sacramento, CA. – Clean and sanitize all microfiber mops, microfiber towels, and mop buckets, and replace if needed. – Check all rooms, set lights for the night, secure building, activate alarms, and exit through designated doors.– Sweep floors and clean edges, corners, and tight areas.– Empty and clean interior and exterior of trash receptacles.– Wash and re–hang blinds that have been repaired.– Clean grouted tile walls.– Carpet cleaning.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 18, 2026. (3) A mandatory pre–proposal conference will be held on September 14, 2026.
