(1) Vendor needs to provide Salesforce and systems administrator services.1. Salesforce administration and optimization:– Manage daily administration of Salesforce instance using nonprofit best practices. – Manage users, permissions, profiles, and security.– Maintain and improve data integrity through regular data cleanups, deduplication, validation rules, and page layout optimizations. Monitor system health.– Partner with the Director of Impact and program team leads to map out and implement custom objects, fields, flows, and automation to support evolving workflows.2. Integrations and related systems:– Manage and configure existing integrations, including Mogli, Form Assembly, S–Docs, FundraiseUp, Double the Donation, and Salesforce Cloud Everywhere (chrome extension), with support from outside consultants as needed.– Assist with imports/exports and cross–system reporting.– Provide occasional support for data tracking systems outside of Salesforce.
