Interview Transcription Services

The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to seek competitive sealed bids from qualified vendors to establish an Agency Contract for transcription services for the NC Department of Public Safety (DPS) Office of Special Investigations (OSI).Background:This is a request for a specialized service. Services should include an app that goes on either an iPhone or an Android to record and submit the recordings to a secure portal with end-to-end encryption. Interviews are confidential personnel records so security and confidentiality; along with timely turnaround are imperative.
