(1) Vendor needs to provide banking services to the government authority located in Colorado.1. Account and depository services:– Establishment and maintenance of designated demand deposit accounts.– Account transfers and funding arrangements.– Deposit processing.– Account balance availability.– Stop–payment services.2. Disbursement services:– The bank shall provide secure and reliable disbursement services for the city’s designated accounts.– Services shall support the city’s requirements for check issuance, presentment information, payment verification, fraud prevention, exception processing, reconciliation, and related disbursement activities.– The bank shall provide payee name positive pay or an equivalent fraud–prevention service for the accounts designated by the city.3. Automated clearing house (ACH) services:– The bank shall provide ACH origination, processing, reporting, return, and related services necessary to support the city’s payment and collection activities.– The bank shall provide timely reporting of ACH credits, debits, returns, and other transaction information necessary for the city’s cash–position management, reconciliation, and financial reporting.4. Wire transfer and funds transfer services:– Domestic outgoing wire transfers.– Repetitive and non–repetitive wire transactions.– Future–dated transactions, where available and appropriate.– Authorization and approval controls.– Transaction status monitoring.5. Electronic deposit and image processing services:– The solution shall support the electronic capture and processing of payment information and associated remittance information necessary to accurately identify and post payments.(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 25, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
