EXTRA-76267 - USA (Hudson, New Hampshire) - General Contracting Services - Deadline September 25,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide general contracting services to the government authority located in Hudson, NH. – Provide assessment, repair, maintenance, alteration, renovation, installation, replacement, and related general contracting services at Town–owned buildings and facilities under individual written work authorizations.– Service may include rough and finish carpentry; framing and blocking; drywall and plaster repair; acoustical ceilings; doors, frames, and hardware; windows and glazing coordination; flooring, tile, and resilient finishes; painting and coatings; millwork and casework; minor roofing, flashing, gutter, and weatherproofing repairs; concrete and masonry repairs; fencing, gates, and facility appurtenances; selective demolition and debris removal; accessibility improvements; temporary partitions and protection; and other related building and facility work.– Provide qualified personnel, supervision, labor, tools, service vehicles, access equipment, temporary protection, and incidental materials necessary to assess and perform authorized work.– Obtain Town authorization before performing work outside the approved scope, exceeding an approved estimate, or replacing major equipment or components.– Provide clear service documentation identifying the facility, reported condition, assessment, work performed, materials used, personnel and labor hours, subcontractors, permit or inspection information when applicable, photographs when requested, and recommendations for additional work.– Coordinate service activities with the Town–designated representative and conduct work so as to minimize disruption to municipal operations.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 18, 2026.
