MEDI-8092 - USA (San Bernardino, California) - Forensic Pathology Services - Deadline October 6,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide forensic pathology services to the government authority located in San Bernardino, CA. • Conduct the medical examination process, including making determinations of the circumstances, manner, and cause of death for any “in–custody death”.• The cause and manner of death listed on the death certificate shall match the cause and manner of death determined by the proposer.• Performing all services and abiding by all laws, rules, and regulations of the agency pertaining to forensic pathology.• Conduct complete and timely postmortem autopsy examinations externally and internally, and toxicological and other tests of a chemical or bacteriological nature as may be necessary to arrive at a proper diagnosis.• A forensic autopsy shall only be conducted by a licensed physician and surgeon, and the results of a forensic autopsy shall only be determined by a licensed physician and surgeon.• Provide the determination of the cause of death in all cases assigned under this contract.• Prepare and submit complete pathology reports in a timely manner.• Provide a signed autopsy protocol within ninety (90) days or less from the date of autopsy.• Provide testimony in a court of law regarding the proposer's actions, all relevant information, and the application of the proposer's knowledge, training, and experience, as they specifically relate to the cause of death in any case.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 22, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
