(1) Vendor needs to provide assessment, master planning and renovation services to the government authority located in Dallas, TX. – Provide necessary Architectural and Engineering (A/E) Services needed for developing a masterplan for agency including condition assessment, planning and other tasks necessary to implement anyselected recommendations that may be approved. – Assist in building assessments and the implementation of recommendations that require planning, pre–design, design, construction document preparation, construction phase services, special services, and other services as necessary.• Services:– Existing Facility Assessment (EFA)– Master planning and conceptual design– Design of Selected Building Improvements(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 2, 2026.
