(1) Vendor needs to provide public relations services.1. Develop a media strategy.2. Develop and distribute written materials (e.g. press releases, editorials) to media (print and on–line) to generate five to ten unpaid feature articles in travel, tourism and lifestyle publications or websites per month Publicity can be related to City events, promotions and destination activities and amenities4. Publicity can be related to City events, promotions and destination activities and amenities10. Verify the budget for visiting media and influencers to ensure funds are best utilized over the course of an annual campaign.12. Promote key brand messages to travel influencers from media to trade associations.14. Track all PR activity and report on results achieved, including media clips with audience reach, circulation, and social shares, when available.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 31, 2026.(3) A contract term will be for one year.
