ITB #948-2702 - Accident Body Repair

This is a market basket quote. Quantities listed are representative of the number of body repair for accident damage. The quote does not guarantee to purchase listed items or quantities. This request will be used to issue a blanket Purchase Order. The Columbus City Schools fleet includes school buses, mediuum duty trucks, passenger and cargo vans, Light trucks, and sedans. Please Note: By no means is this quote a guarantee to purchase listed items or quantities. This request will be used as a basis to issue a blanket Purchase Order for Jul 1, 2026 thru June 30, 2027. DUE TO THE LARGE AMOUNT OF BUSES AND NEED TO KEEP BUSES IN SERVICE, PO MAY BE ISSUED TO MORE THAN ONE VENDOR. The proposed bid shall be in effect for one (1) year, with the potential to be extended two (2) additional one (1) year extensions. Columbus City Schools will provide the replacement parts necessary to repair accident damage. The selected vendor(s) should make list available to CCS parts for ordering. All repairs must be brought back to Factory Standards and able to pass OHP Inspection.
