Primary Insurance Coveragea. 95.01 to 97.00% LTV loans will require 35% coverageb. 90.01 to 95.00% LTV loans will require 30% coveragec. 85.01 to 90.00% LTV loans will require 25% coveraged. 80.01 to 85.00% LTV loans will require 20% coverageB. Payment of Premiumsa. Agency offers one method of premiums payment, which is a zero upfront monthly premium plan.C. Eligible Loan Criteriaa. Income Limits – Eligible borrowers will have income limits that comply with the Agency’s program income limits.– The program income limits are updated at least annually. – There are separate income limits for the agency Flex program. b.
