(1) Vendor needs to provide physical exams, vaccinations, drug and alcohol screening service to the government authority located in NY. – Perform physical examinations, vaccinations, and drug and alcohol screening services for agency. – Deliver comprehensive occupational health services including pre–employment and periodic physical exams, immunization administration, and substance abuse testing.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 18, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for two years.
