CSE-24005 - USA (Omaha, Nebraska) - Security Services - Deadline July 23,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide security services to the government authority located in Omaha, NE.• Be aware of any classes that are being held outside the assigned school building and complete intermittent safety checks.• Attend all security meetings and trainings throughout the school year, as directed by the office of school safety.• Security supervision at parent teacher conferences as designated by the building administration.• Communicate safety needs on a regular basis with the school resource officer assigned to your school.• Assist with planning and completion of all school safety drills.• Communicate safety and security concerns with the building administration as observed during daily procedures.• Use verbal de–escalation to assist with removal of students from a classroom or other area, as directed by a building administrator.• Assist in the safety monitoring of events during the school day.• Continually review the emergency operation plan as part of the school safety team.• Daily monitoring of security cameras and doors within the Genetec security system.• Check to make sure classroom doors are locked during instruction. Inform administration of any classroom door malfunctions.• Monitor hallways and stairways. during passing periods and random times throughout the day.• Monitor the school’s main entry and operation of the visitor management system.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 02, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
