(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic consultant and owner’s representative services to the government authority located in Littleton, CO.– Expanding affordable housing opportunities through strategic real estate development, leveraging its existing assets and pursuing public and private funding opportunities to meet local housing needs.– Strategic Planning of site, assist in determination of population served by the housing, recommendations for mix, and programming of building will be the first phase of this engagement.– Title review and engagement of counsel.– Assisting the owner in identifying the development scope.– Assisting the owner and development team on issues related to closing the construction financing and funding and beginning construction or renovation.– Assist financial consultant to update all costs for an accurate financial closing model.– Assist with review of financing documents related to business points.– Acting as owner’s representative on all matters concerning the progress of construction and oversight of the general contractor.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 26,2026.
