(1) Vendor needs to provide historic property survey services to the government authority located in Billerica, MA.– Historic preservation consultants to undertake an intensive–level survey of cultural and architectural resources designated.– Provide professional cultural and architectural resource survey.– To identify contexts for National Register evaluation and to apply National Register criteria to all resources identified in the survey. – To conduct a survey to assess and document approximately 185 selected cultural and architectural resources, following survey standards and methodology. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 08, 2026.
