The Berkshire Regional Group Purchasing Program (BRGPP), acting on behalf of its participating members, invites bids for joint cooperative purchases for Period of Contract for the following highway supplies and services: FY26-01 Aggregates & Loam; FY26-02 Cold Patch; FY26-03 Calcium & Magnesium Chloride; FY26-04 Culvert Products; FY26-05 Guardrail Delivered; FY26-06 Guardrail Installed; FY26-07 Line Painting; FY26-08 Pavement Preservation; FY26-09 Chip Sealing; FY26-10 Hot Mix Asphalt; FY26-10A Paving; FY26-11 Winter Rock Salt; FY26-12 Winter Sand; FY26-13 Pre-Treat Liquid and Treated Winter Salt; FY26-14 Gasoline; FY26-15 Diesel Fuel; FY26-16 Heating Oil; FY26-17 Liquid Propane; FY26-18 Catch Basin Cleaning & Line Jetting; FY26-19 Tree Work, and FY26-20 Street Sweeping. Bid packages are available starting Project Release Date through BRGPP's OpenGov online procurement portal found at: https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/berkshire-planning . Bids must be submitted through the online procurement portal no later than Response Submission Date at Response Submission Time . Bids will then be opened publicly and read aloud via Zoom. All bids for services are subject to the prevailing wage rates as per Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 149, Section 26 to 27F inclusive and Chapter 30, Section 39M. A 5% bid deposit, in the form of a bid bond or certified check, is required unless specified in the bid package. All bidders must be pre-qualified by MassDOT for the following approved classes of work: FY26-06 Guardrail and Fencing with an estimated value of $545,409.00 FY26-07 Pavement Markings with an estimated value of $557,229.00 FY26-08 Pavement Surfacing with an estimated value of $3,977,948.00 FY26-09 Pavement Surfacing with an estimated value of $394,677.53 FY26-10A Pavement Surfacing with an estimated value for the following county subsections: Central: $995,804.85 South: $1,460,096.05 FY26-18 Catch Basin Cleaning with an estimated value of $245,471.60 FY26-19 Tree Trimming, Maintenance, and Removal with an estimated value of $566,005.00 FY26-20 Street Sweeping with an estimated value of $57,050.00 As the awarding authority, BRGPP and its participants reserve the right to accept or reject any or all bids, in total or in part, and to take whatever action is deemed most favorable to the best interest of all participants.
