(1) Vendor needs to provide whole dormitory Wi–Fi access services to the government authority located in Little Rock, AR.– The solution must cover all designated dorm rooms and common areas, ensuring consistent performance and positive user experience.– Dedicated Internet connectivity, managed Wi–Fi services to resident rooms and common areas across multiple dormitory building.– Network Coverage: The contractor shall ensure reliable, high–speed wireless internet coverage is available throughout all individual residential rooms and common areas within the designated unaccompanied housing facilities.– Member Opt–out: Service members may elect to opt out of the broadband service provided and pay the full cost of internet service access of their choice– Customer & Technical Support: The contractor shall provide 24/7 customers and technical support for end users to include live chat, email, and telephone support. The contractor shall respond to all outage notifications within 12 hours of notification.
