Description
(1) Vendor needs to provide eating disorder treatment services to the government authority located in Oakland, CA.– Include Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder, and Other Specified Feeding or eating disorder.– Eating Disorder (ED) services may include combinations of services such as multi–disciplinary team approaches, individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, monitoring by a licensed dietician, and medication support with a licensed prescriber/psychiatrist in an outpatient setting utilizing a multi–disciplinary approach via in person services or telehealth.– Common risk factors faced by people with EDs include social isolation, family conflict/instability, depression, anxiety, low self–esteem, insomnia, self–harm, suicidal ideation, rapid weight loss, and long term medical and dental problems that can lead to medical complications and possibly death.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 3, 2026.
