Vendor needs to provide enterprise colocation data center services to the government authority located in Washington, DC.– Support continued operations within the existing colocation facilities, either directly or through subcontracting or partnering arrangements with the incumbent facility providers.– Maintain the two data centers with both remaining fully operational and available 24x7x365 per year.– Geographic location and geographic diversity strategy.– Data center migration strategy and transition services.– Enterprise network connectivity.– Cloud connectivity and hybrid cloud architecture.– Co–located Hosting solution shall provide the secure location with cage, racks, power, cooling, and site surveillance. – Provide SIP–based IP Trunk services interoperable with any supporting SIP trunk interfaces.– Support 2000 concurrent calls per circuit and provide one 200MB Ethernet circuit per IDC per 2000 concurrent calls.– Redundant security infrastructure across multiple security zones.– Network time protocol.– Secure remote access.– Voice over Internet protocol.– Video teleconferencing services.
