(1) Vendor needs to provide AI–enabled fraud and online scams nationwide public awareness campaign service. – Provide marketing, communications, or public relations firm to design and implement a nationwide public awareness campaign on AI–enabled fraud and online scams.– Campaign aims to strengthen public awareness of emerging digital threats, promote safe online behaviors, and highlight the growing cooperation in combating transnational cyber–enabled crime.– Includes strategic communications planning, creative concept development, content production, graphic design, video production, social media management, paid digital advertising, campaign branding, workshop and webinar materials, event management, monitoring and evaluation, and final reporting.– Launch the digital awareness campaign across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Zalo).– Develop campaign branding, key messages, and creative concepts.– Implement paid digital advertising targeting campaign audiences.– Improve public knowledge of common online scams, including impersonation, investment, identity theft, romance, and AI–generated fraud.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
