CSE-24262 - USA (Torrance, California) - Unarmed Overnight Security Guard Services - Deadline August 19,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide unarmed overnight security guard services to the government authority located in Torrance, CA.         – Provide professional unarmed overnight security patrol services seven (7) days per week between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.– Services shall include routine vehicle and foot patrols of assigned parks and facilities, interaction with members of the public remaining in parks after closure hours, observation and documentation of unauthorized activities, communication with staff and law enforcement when appropriate, and preparation of required reports and activity logs.– Security personnel shall conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols of assigned parks and facilities to monitor for unauthorized access, suspicious or unlawful activity, vandalism, graffiti, property damage, maintenance concerns, safety hazards, and other conditions requiring attention.– Patrol services and operational approach.– Staffing, qualifications, and supervision.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 12, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
