CLEANING-13762 - USA (Florence, Alabama) - Janitorial Services - Deadline September 15,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Florence, AL. – All floors shall be cleared of debris daily. Hard–surface floors shall be swept and mopped at least once per week and more frequently as necessary to maintain a clean and sanitary condition.– Carpeted offices shall be vacuumed at least once per week, and more frequently as necessary, to maintain cleanliness.– Empty all waste cans daily and replace liners as needed.– Stairways and landings shall be swept, dusted, and damp mopped at least once per month and more frequently when needed to maintain a clean condition.– Clean all glass doors, interior and exterior, weekly or as needed.– All utility sinks must be washed once per week, and utility rooms must be kept clean and orderly.– Elevator floor, handrails, walls, and ceilings shall be cleaned as needed, but not less than once per week. door channels must be kept free of dirt and debris.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
