EXTRA-75770 - USA (Bakersfield, California) - Environmental Consultant Services - Deadline October 15,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide environmental consultant services to the government authority located in Bakersfield, CA.– The Consultant’s services will be comprised of consultations, field surveys and reports asneeded for various Public Works projects. Consultant’s work will support the environmental review process to comply with requirements of the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).– Scope, develop, and maintain compliance with Habitat Conservation Plans, conservation easements, and their corresponding permits. – Technical assistance with environmental studies for grant applications and permits (i.e. including but not limited to: capacity increasing studies for roundabouts, new traffic signals, widening, etc.).– Provide analysis of existing facilities or structures, the demolition of which may result in hazardous waste and provide specifications for the testing, removal, and disposal thereof.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 01, 2026.
