(1) Vendor needs to provide energy management system.– The system must be capable of the following:– Providing real time information on utility data in an exportable format.– Viewing of historical data and meter comparison.– Assigning attributes to meters which can be used to filter views or create reports.– Creating custom dashboards, KPIs and EnPIs.– Allow for trending, normalisation and analysis of data.– Setting up of various tariffs including pass through charges for different meters.– Allow for the calculation of energy costs based on that tariff.– Custom csv reports that can be scheduled.– Manual meter reading entry.– Have multiple users with different access level.– Creation of league tables & alerts.– Use open protocol communications.
