(1) Vendor needs to provide GIS data development screening and reporting services to the government authority located in Plainfield, CT. – Ms4 stormwater GIS data development screening and reporting services.– Civil and environmental engineering and geographic information system consultants to develop and standardize the town’s municipal separate storm sewer system data and to perform required outfall screening, monitoring, documentation, and annual reporting support under state ms4 program.– Data development and GIS integration the consultant shall create a complete, maintainable, GIS–integrated stormwater asset and compliance dataset that supports field operations, permit compliance, annual reporting, and future updates.– Outfall screening monitoring and reporting the consultant shall plan and conduct permit–compliant outfall screening and monitoring, investigate suspected illicit discharges within the authorized scope, maintain defensible records, and prepare annual reporting materials.– Data ownership integration and security (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 6, 2026
