ACCT-26368 - USA (Fairbanks, Alaska) - Permanent Fund Management Services - Deadline September 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide permanent fund management services to the government authority located in Fairbanks, AK.– The firm shall act as the city’s fiduciary responsible for providing investment services to the city for such funds as may be designated by the city.– The firm will separately assign managers (managers) to the fixed income and equity portions of the engagement.– The firm managers will manage and invest the fund’s assets in compliance with the city’s investment policies. Investment policies will be adhered to without exception. The performance of the managers will be measured against such benchmarks designated by the agency.– The firm managers will periodically reassess the fund’s investments and the city’s investment policies and make recommendations for changes to the fund’s investments and the city’s investment policies to achieve the city’s goals.– The firm managers will provide the city finance department and or the city’s auditor with any information necessary to complete the city’s annual audit of the fund.(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 21, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
