(1) Vendor needs to provide youth summit event planning services.– Event planning services including but not limited to venue, food, and entertainment.– Provide interactive activities for participants before and after the mainstage performances, providing a stage, tables and chairs, and audiovisual equipment, purchasing decor, and providing on–site supervision on the day of the event.– Creating brand elements, including graphics and designs that can be used at in the event and in promotional materials.– Provide on–site technical support to assist with setup, operation, and troubleshooting of audio and visual equipment throughout the event.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 27, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 28, 2026.
