ACCT-26209 - USA (St. Charles, Illinois) - Municipal Financial Advisory Services - Deadline August 27,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide municipal financial advisory services to the government authority located in St. Charles, IL.– Provide municipal financial advisory services for debt planning, debt issuance, debt management, and related public finance support.– Debt management and planning review the city's outstanding debt portfolio and identify opportunities for restructuring, refunding, or other debt service savings strategies.– Assist in developing or updating debt management policies, post–issuance compliance procedures, and financing guidelines.– Perform debt capacity, affordability, and scenario modeling in light of the city's budget, capital plan, legal debt limits and revenue profile.– Advise the city on continuing disclosure obligations and market disclosure practices.– Provide ongoing advice regarding interest rate trends, investor demand, market access, refunding opportunities, and legislative or regulatory developments affecting municipal issuers.– Debt issuance services serve as the city's lead financial advisor and transaction manager for bond, note, loan, lease, instalment, or other financing transactions.(2) The contract period will be for five years.   (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 4, 2026.
