(1) Vendor needs to provide cleaning services to the government authority located in Batavia, IL.– Provide routine and specialized cleaning services for several data center facilities, including cleaning of floors, raised access flooring, equipment areas, offices, and other designated areas.– Underfloor plenum cleaning (annual)– Remove accessible raised floor tiles as necessary to perform underfloor cleaning while maintaining equipment– Cooling, structural integrity of the floor system and personnel safety.– Remove loose debris and contaminants from the underfloor plenum.– Above–floor cleaning (semi–annual)– Damp mop floor surfaces using cleaning methods appropriate for sensitive electronic environments while minimizing the introduction of moisture. – Equipment and environmental surface cleaning – Information technology (IT) rack enclosures, equipment cabinets and stand–alone equipment. – Cabinet doors shall not be opened.– Exterior surfaces of support equipment, including cooling units, power distribution equipment and similar infrastructure.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 24, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 26, 2026.
